RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Eligible items purchased on theuniformoutlet.com can by returned via mail. Currently, we are unable to process mail returns for items purchase in-store. Please review the “Exchanges” section for information about exchanging your items.

Due to the current shipping and receiving environment, please allow an average of 7-14 business days to receive and process your return. All return submissions or items received on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Returns purchased on theuniformoutlet.com will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information and insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanging items purchased online: Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange items returned by mail. To receive your preferred items, please place a new order and return your eligible items.
Exchanging items purchased in-store is easy. Simply bring your eligible items to any of our locations across the U.S., along with your receipt, and you may exchange them for another color, size, or style. Original purchase price will be reward for any exchange items. Any difference in price from the exchange is due at the time of purchase.
RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased at The Uniform Outlet stores can only be exchanged at a store. Currently, we are unable to process mail returns for items purchased in-store.
Items purchased in-store may be returned to any of our The Uniform Outlet locations across the U.S. All returns made in-store will come in the form of store credit or exchange. At this time, we do not offer refunds for items returned in-store, only store credit or exchange.
Please note: Gift cards received from an in-store return are currently not available for online use.
WHAT IS AN ELIGIBLE RETURN ITEM?
An item is eligible for a return or exchange if they meet all the following criteria:
- The original purchase date is less than 30 days ago
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and not altered
- The item is not embroidered
- The item has all original tags and labels still attached
Promotional, clearance, sale rack, and other items may not be eligible for exchanges or credit. Returns of 10 or more items may be subject to restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse any items we deem unfit for return.
RETURN POLICY
Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached as shipped or purchased. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, embroidered, altered, or returned after the 30-day return period. Returns of 10 or more items may be subject to restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse any items we deem unfit for return.
For health and safety reasons, masks and caps are not refundable. Select items such as closeout items, discounted rack items, and sale items may not qualify for an exchange.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Items purchased on theuniformoutlet.com are eligible for full refunds. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. You may use your preferred shipping method to return your items at your own cost. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries and we are not responsible for return packages lost during shipping. We recommend you choose a return shipping method that offers insurance and tracking. If returning through the mail, please allow an average of 7-14 business days to receive and process your return.
