The Uniform Outlet Returns/Exchange Policy
Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 30 days of original purchase: The Uniform Outlet gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all labels and tags intact. Refunds must be accompanied by the original packing list and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original packing list is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Shipping and handling charges on the original order, return items, or replacement are non refundable.
Monogrammed or Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
15% restocking: Will be applied to returned item(s) without a request for exchange.
- You will incur shipping charges on the return and exchange.
- Re-order the new item(s) using the return/replacement form provided.
- You will have to submit payment for the new item(s).
- Credit will be issued for the returned item(s) once an exchange order has been placed, and the return has been received back to us.
All returns and or exchanges: must be pre-authorized. Authorization is requested by completing the return/exchange form with an explanation for the request.
